| League City Police Department The League City Police Department’s 5-Year Plan was created to meet the challenges of a fast growing and rapidly changing community. The plan was developed with input from a committee comprised of a cross-section of department employees, supervisory and non-supervisory, sworn and civilian. The plan sets forth our philosophy, defines our objectives and outlines our needs for Fiscal Years 2007 through 2011. The plan focuses on five major categories:
