Patrol Officer

Officer Busard joined the League City Police Department in January 1999, after serving for over five years in the US Coast Guard. During his time with LCPD, Officer Busard has served in the patrol division, as well as being a member of the Marine Patrol Division, SWAT Hostage Negotiations Team and Crisis Intervention Team. Officer Busard is an Accident Reconstructionist and Advanced Accident Investigator and is an active member of LCPD’s Advanced Accident Investigation Unit. During his off time, Officer Busard is pursuing a Master’s degree in Behavioral Science at the University of Houston. Officer Busard is the proud father of three beautiful children, Alyssa, Hannah and Ty.
