Officer Simpson began his career with League City Police Department in 1988. Prior to his law enforcement career, he served in the United States Marine Corps as a Crypto Analyst from 1980 to 1987. Officer Simpson has served as a Crisis Negotiator, Intoxilizer Operator, Marine Patrol Officer, Advanced Accident Investigator and DARE officer. He holds numerous certifications including Crime Prevention Inspector, TCLEOSE Instructor and the Master Peace Officer Certification. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland. Officer Simpson enjoys travelling, golf and spending time with his family and friends. Personal
