Officer Spencer has been a police officer since 1997. She is currently assigned to the Patrol Division. Officer Spencer is a Field Training Officer and is a member of Bicycle Patrol, Marine Patrol and the Honor Guard. On her time off, she enjoys working out, reading and family activities.
