LEAGUE CITY-- On October 19, 2004, an 11 year-old female reported that an adult male unsuccessfully tried to force her into his vehicle. The female sustained a bruise to her eye that did not require medical attention. The incident reportedly occurred on October 18, 2004 at 4:45 p.m. in the 100 block of Woodcrest which is located in the Meadow Bend Subdivision. The female reported that she does not know the male, but has previously spoken to him in League City, Webster, and Kemah. This appears to be an isolated event and there have been no recent similar incidents. The suspect is described as a white male, 18-19 years old, 5’10”, 150 lbs., blond hair, grey eyes, with a goatee. He was reported to be driving a Silver Ford Focus. The case is currently under investigation and anyone having information in the case is urged to contact Detective Grant at 281-332-2566 or Crimestoppers at 281-480-TIPS.
