Jamm Street Contest
The annual “Skate
Jamm Street Contest” sponsored by the League City Police Department,
Cavalry Church and Slickwaves on Saturday August 7th, at the Countryside
North Park was a tremendous success for area skaters. The contest involved
62 skaters from all ages competing for prizes donated by Slickwaves
and Rusty nails totaling more then $1200.00. The skaters had the opportunity
to show case their hard earned skills to the growing fans of x-game
style sports. The winners of the three different age groups are Austin
Guildei 8-11 year old group, Bradley Carnley 12-15 year old group and
Ricky Sherman 16 – adult group. See some of the pics below.
